Hi All,
We are getting ready for the big snow to arrive here in NJ, it just started and the forcast calls for 10+ inches.. I could use a snow day and as long as I am close to home it's all good.
I saw this link on Jamie Ridlers website this morning and it just stroke a chord in me, it really moved me.

OMG! Super cute puppy! And to answer your question, royal icing is made with icing sugar and either egg whites or meringue powder. It hardens over time unlike most icings. Happy baking and good for you for giving it a shot!
We got some snow in the UK! Not much but still manages to cause chaos. We don't get it often enough to worry about snow tyres and stuff so then we all get stuck! Forecast is for rain now the rest of the week so no white Christmas after all!
